Description

Whoo Hoo!!! Another Death Valley shot! Kort (twopynts) made a comment on my last upload about how it might look colorized. So I thought this shot would be the perfect one to play with that. It looked really cool in B&W, but I thought about the yellow colors of the sand at Zabriski Point and went with that! I hope you like it as much as I did! Thanks for all the wonderful comments on my last post, they are greatly appreciated!

Great use of diagonal lines! They draw the viewers eye right through the image........and you are right, the warm color gives the feeling of a hot desert sunset! Great shot!

Great shot! The deep shadows giving craggy details and the bright light give a great texturized feel to this.
