Description

On the 5th anniversary of the invasion of Iraq, many people participated in vigils. In Berkeley, our hosts built a processional labyrinth based upon the peace sign and we walked along it, with candles and song and hope. I'm more used to photographing rocks and wildflowers... not people moving around after dark... but hope that some of the beauty of this event comes through. The curved lines flowing past each other were like knitting: purpose and pattern making us stronger.
