A recurring character from the Twilight Blades, a D&D Forgotten Realms campaign set in Aglarond. “Courynn stealthy followed Lynneth as she snuck out of camp... still unsure of her motives. She settled down on a large rock by the brook, clearly illuminated in the moonlight. With her back to him, she busied herself with something he could not see from his vantage point. Circling to get a better view, he dislodged a small stone, and she jumped to her feet, scanning the dark woods. “Whose there!?!” she demanded. Courynn stepped from the shadows in reply. “You’re spying on me!” she accused, her voice tainted with both anger and hurt. He couldn’t help but be embarrassed… he was spying on her! “What are you doing out here?” he questioned, evading the obvious admission. “Taking a bath!” she retorted, motioning to the brook and the boots she had already removed which lay at her feet. Another wave of embarrassment reddened Courynn’s face, as the image of the lithesome, young sorceress splashing naked in the brook under the pale moonlight sprang into his mind. Seeing his cheeks flush, as his eyes quickly roamed across her body, a capricious smile began to turn Lynneth’s lips. She had admired his muscular frame and well favored feature… and often wondered just how exclusive his relationship with Talice was. “Are you going to just stand there and watch,” she cooed, grabbing the bottom of her short tunic and pulling it over her head, exposing her naked breast to both the cool night air, and Courynn’s eyes, “or, are you going to join me?”” The daughter of a simple fisherman form Nethta near the western end of the Wizard’s Reach, Lynneth was sold into apprenticeship in her early teens when both her talent for the Art (magic), and her natural beauty, began to blossom. Quickly learning to use both spells, and seduction, she won freedom from her master by her seventeenth winter… returning home only long enough to “reward” her family for the years of servitude and abuse she had endured. Lynneth has been both an ally, and an annoyance, to the Twilight Blades, usually drawing them into danger, but often revealing some greater threat in the process. Less altruistic then opportunistic, she has done some good for the people of the Yuirwood, and violently opposes all forms of forced servitude and slavery. My third attempt at Lynneth...
