Description
Here is the small scoutship that accompanies IEVL Leviathan as part of an exploration squadron. Up to four LeGuin's follow each Leviathan but they also serve on independent scouting and prospecting missions. The design for IEVS LeGuin was inspired by "Space Station One" from the Golden Key 1960's-1970's comic book "Space Family Robinson: Lost in Space on Space Station One." Upon seeing the finished design, I realize there is some resemblance to the "Serenity" from the SF TV show "Firefly." The name for the vessel is a tribute one of my favorite science fiction writers.
