Description

this is in Arlington,Tex. close to the stadium of the Rangers baseball. I went over there yesterday to see the construction the bottom right and the closeup of the frame work was shot with 500m lens and I was about 1/2 mile away.the top left is the very top of the bleachers. the top will slide open when it is finished. the owner of the cowboys is charging an unbelievable amount of money for seasons passes and only selling seasons passes.unless they change something one will not be able to purchase one ticket for one game.I would not go irregardless the arch is the largest arch in the world.see the link below for more information thanks for viewing and any comments http://stadium.dallascowboys.com/

Impressive construction and wonderful collage, dear Richard. It is sad they price the tickets so high and normal folks cannot afford to go. Have a beautiful day, my kind sir. Hugs. Diane. xx

Great captures, Richard. Love the architectural details. The trend with owners charging horrendous season pass prices is the same, up my way, too. If one were lucky enough to get a single seat at a single game, you could expect to drop over $125 to just attend one game...with a bit of food and a beer.

Thanks for the pics of this Richard as the Cowboys have been my favorite team since I was able to walk :) Yeah, Jerry Jones can be a jerk at times and I honestly had no idea they were thinking of making it a season pass only. They never mention such things in the Dallas Cowboy Update paper I get, probably because they know it would get everyone riled everyone up.

I think that is a poor way to build a fan base! People in New Jersey are starting to go to local college games instead because tickets are ridiculous everywhere. If you like baseball the AA teams are a lot of fun to watch, better than the majors (I think) and more family-friendly. I will say your photos make it look like a nice piece of architecture, though!
