Description
This is my son, in his summer job. He's the man on the right, looking pleased and happy to be what he's doing. He doesn't tell me about some of the trips he does on, class 5's and knowing him, some pretty crazy stuff. Last summer he took a friend and me on a trip down the Truckee and we did a "spectacular" wipe-out that we still talk about. This kid is never going to work at a desk!!! (I don't have to ask why I have so much gray hair; he's been a daredevil since he was born, but by gosh, he LOVES life!!!)

My dream before I die (just strap me to the raft and let 'er rip when I'm 90) is to do this on the Colorado River on a week long trip. I have an overwhelming attraction to white water. I've done the rafting down the American River here in Sacramento but our biggest white is a class 3 and that's in a very wet year. I love this shot. The exhileration just oozes from this.
