took this in Nevada trip before last thanks for viewing and any comments I do not know for sure about the rich red color of the flamingos, but it maybe due to them being inside out of the direct sun

Ah, a fantastic image of desert country-my favorite locals. But in this image there is more than just sand,sand,sand.....Although the Takla Makan desert does have its singing sands,which is caused by the shifting particles, I imagine. Excellent photo, Richard!!!!!
