Description
from quite some time ago (december). i got absolutely stuck on the hair for _ages_ and _ages_ this was about the 5th or 6th hair style i tried, and where i decided to keep it simple. i probably shouldn't have spent so long on it. not sure what i learned from it, other than V4 is much more problematic than i thought, hair styles are even more difficult, and i should be very careful about using photos for inspiration. shaders, lights, postwork by me.

It has a richness look to it,, love the dragon on the dress - and her long, long hair... been wanting to make a character with long hair, but haven't gotten around to it.

I think it´s a fantastic dramatic scene and I like it much. It´s unique!

Well. I found hair is perfect. Said it was done in Poser? I´d like to know how. One of the reasons I use c4D is because of the hair issue, you know that. The scene works fine. I like a lot the model´s pose and, particularly, her attitude: she doesn´t seems to care about the golden things that surrounds her; and that´s fine. Lighting is fine, too _ no bold/hard lines. Nevertheless, I´d reconsider the background in terms of lighting; as it is, I find it a bit distracting, rivalizing with the main subject.

Truly gorgeous work! Love the dragon styled around her also.

"...not sure what i learned from it, other than V4 is much more problematic than i thought,..." Try remapping her, and you'll see the true dimensions of just how problamatic that she can be! I have to confess too, that market volumn and sales have not justified the amount of effort that I put into her. DO keep up the good work. DPH
