Description

This is Yosemite Falls, top, middle and bottom. And a close up of the very top of the falls. See that little ledge to the left? My son hiked to the top of those falls, walked past the sign that said NOT to walk past, and took of foto of his feet hanging over that ledge. I'm so glad he tells me about these things AFTER he does them!! Oh yeah, the top of the falls?? ~~~about 2700 feet!!! This is actually two fotos, the top is the full foto of the falls, the bottom is a zoomed in (I LOVE my zoom) shot of the top of the falls. I'm home again, have so many fotos to took at and comment on!! My next trip?? Seattle~~yet another new place with more new people to meet and visit!!

This is beautiful...I'm going to have to get Dave to take me there....I already told him I wanted to see the redwoods.....I know what you mean about kids not telling what they've done till after they do it but I'm glad they do it that way or I'd be a nervous wreck...LOL...I've been to Seattle, it's beautiful....Thank you for sharing this shot with us

Wonderful! A very impressive piece of nature, and you did it well! And the photo manipulation with the two pics is very well done. When you didnĀ“t talk about it, I had not seen something.....LOL Great, great, great!

Stellar vertical panorama shot of the mighty Yosemite falls, kind of like a staircase of descending water, Marilyn! Love the froth and foam! A tourist favorite, the falls have probably been photographed a billion and one times.

An amazing progression of falls. I like the fading of light as the water falls.

Great photographic and compositing work! I gotta say; you DO get around, and seem to have fun doing it. It's great that you've having bucket-loads of fun! This image is fantastic; I especially like the way that both images are combined in a way that tricks the eye into seeing a single, multi-tiered waterfall. Great stuff!
