My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

Coffe, tea, or me??? Great fotos, really shows us your flight!!

I enjoyed the flight immensely! Wow, you really got to see the mountains which must have been a real treat. I love the Mercer Island picture since I've never seen that area before, let alone from above. What a trip we are going to have!

"Thank you for flying with Tara-air today" This is great! Both the shots and the narrative!

Yep, I got 'em all right. But then I should, shouldn't I? LOL Next time take a long-handled brush and wash the outside of your window before you take off. You have to make some sacrifices for your art, you know. :-)

These are great images! The poor window quality just makes the impression realistic, so don't worry :)

OH yes so very beautiful shots and I agree with MasterLuke.

Great photographs - even if I can't look at them for too long. I couldn't even glance out of a 'plane window let alone take photographs! You have my sincere admiration. Mike

Nice collage...It's so hard to do those mountains justice....When I went flying with my son I took pictures of them and there so much more beautiful then what came out on the camera....glad you had a great trip.

That was a fantastic experience! Great shots and collage, as I scrolled I felt I was on a journey.
MrsRatbag
Yes, where are we going next? It was fun to see your shots and try and figure out what was what. Too bad your window was so sucky! But your caps are great anyway, just like real life you have to be able to look past the spots to the real beauty!

I've been so many times in Washington and Oregon ! Thanks for sharing.

Those puddle jumpers can be an experience. I took a flight from LA to SF on a turbo prop plane in 1989. It was so bad people were tossing their cookies all over the place. Anyway, it turned out to be an omen because 2 days later I was stuck in the great quake of '89. I hope you had much more fun in Oregon!!!

I like flying alot better this way. The shots of all the mountains is so great to see on a clear day. And I didn't even have to get drunk to fly lol.
