Well, after I had serious problems with rendering this scene, I completely re-created it and now everything worked fine :o)
Seemed that the replicator for the sea made the application shut down completely, but that issue is solved.
Nope, I won't post the whole story here on Rosity, this is again just a glimpse into a chapter. But I hope that you're enjoying the image anyway. I've learned a lot during the whole process and that makes me truely happy.

I'd like to see you play around with the lighting. This is a great picture (that's why I faved it) I just want to see if you can create another image with the tweak of the lights... You said you're not posting the story on Rendo... are you making it available on the net???

It's an interesting pic, but the contrast is really poor. Try increasing the contrast level and/or adding some fill lights.

Another fine piece of work Sassy... the interaction between the characters is excellent. I like the lighting.. you captured that early evening feel quite well. I do somewhat agree with mikeerson though, I'd like to see you push the effect a little more. I think that adding some reflected lights to add a little more depth to the scene would really be the perfect finishing touch for the image. It's also nice to see how each image you do keep building on the knowledge you gained from the last one. Keep up the good work Saskia!
