Hello !
My name is Helle. I live in Denmark on the Island, Zealand. I have a husband and two sons and three grandchildren, so I am a happy person.
I like many kinds of art and I try to limit myself, but I dont succeed very well. I love my PSP9 and I think I use it every day. I like to draw, paint and experiment on canvas or paper and I wish I had time do it every day. My biggest wish is, that there would be 48 hours instead of the poor 24 a day. I just dont think it will ever happen ;)
A fantastic new world opened for me, when I was Introduced to Renderosity for the first time.  I am very grateful to be a part if this site.

OH..BTW... If you only see 4 eggs, is it because the mom added another egg after I was there.

I melt Helle!! I cannot think of a better reason not to chop wood! What a luck you found it, just gorgeous! blackbirds are my favourite Spring messengers. Just look at that beautifully built nest too. Bet you sneak in every day, and I hope you let us follow them grow, as long as you don't scare them! I saw the eggs to, so beautifully colored.

Well, let's hope the cat doesn't get to them...they are soooo cute :o) ....the outdoor cats around here are always getting birds ...thanks for posting this S

How precious they are, Helle! I think they are going to outgrow that nest very quickly. From the size of those mouths, mom is going to have to do alot of hunting for food. ;) The eggs are so beautiful. I love that blue color. What a delight to see the before and after.

They are very young I see only a little of the yellow down they are born with and the pin feathers are sheathed and growing out nicely. Adorable shot and I hope you keep us posted. And keep the dang cats out! Dang cats.....!

Greetings Helle, I think this is just SUPER! Not only for the wonderful photograph but having these little chicks in the woodshed. I have always felt that when birds make a nest on ones property, especially close to a ones house that it brought good luck. Thank you for sharing and have a great weekend. egmont

it's not just the beauty of new-born chicks that make this shot special, it's the swirl you captured, the swirl of the nest and the way the chicks seem to meld into each other like they're caught in the swirl of birth itself. It's filled with motion, filled with newness, and those mouths seem to be saying, "if you like us that much, put down the camera and get us breakfast!" A lovely shot.

Very sweet. I can't help but notice what a solid and comfortable nest those youngsters are in. Love it!
