Description

I saw this little creek running through the field, and had to stop. I saw 2 cute little ducks there, too .. of course, they swam away when I got out of the car. I sat there and just enjoyed the serenity of it all. So peaceful it was, and a perfect place to clear ones head. Hope you had a nice weekend. Shari

...with no paddle. A bucolic and rustic aura permeates this lovely and peaceful panorama, Sharilyn! Love the reflections, quasi-silhouetting and broken clouds, along with that lit fuse effect the creek seems to evoke as it disappears into the distance. Say, as I study it more closely, the creek seems to be in the shape of an arrow, with the head nearest to us!

This landscape reminds so much of the year I lived in the Fenlands of East Anglia in the UK ... at first I missed the mountains, but suddenly it was as if my mind switched on to the fact that this meant there was more expanse of sky than I'd ever seen before.
