Description

sorry for the time delay. i'm not trying to stretch this out; i had to scramble to find an apartment. long story. anyway, this is the raw render of the second image i did with a permutation of the same character. i (had to) change the character, i changed the skin shader, made a shader for some of the flower jewelry parts, changed the lighting, and iirc, made a texture without burned in highlights for koz's hair. i also made my own light gel. i rendered "over black" rather than over BG shader, because i knew i wanted to integrate her with a forest scene. and i _still_ had major problems with the jewelry shadows, despite getting pretty precise shadows from the hair. again, Lilith by rebelmommy

A sweet face with enchanting eyes! My only question is: 'does she speak Vulcan of Elven?' ;=D DO keep up the good work my friend, DO keep it coming! DPH PS: The clothes on my 'Semi-Nude Lady' were the stock Poser 5 conforming 'ClubingOutfit3', for Judy.

I like the lighting in this one better. I think 'natural' suits her character better. The shadows are nice too - their 'scientific' accuracy is irrelevant in my eyes, they create a nice feeling, that's all I care about.

I love the soft shaddows all over her... I didn't notice the dark shaddow around her right eye until I read what you wrote.

I agree with ArtPearl, can´t see any problem with lighting here; what counts are the candour and warmth the image trasmits.
