Description

and this is the finished version. looking at it now, i actually regret losing some of the softness of the original. i tried to get it to blend with the background as much as possible. different hair than the previous one. despite how people reacted to it, i feel like it makes more sense that the hair would interact with the long ear. and i just think it's more interesting. that said, i liked how they came out differently, and i didn't even have to think about it or work at it. again, Lilith by rebelmommy edited to change the blending and color balance.

Nice eyes, beautiful hair. I thingk it needs a little more contrast or a different light placement. Looks a little to flat to me. Just my .02 of course. Thanks for sharing.

it does seem a little flat. the eyes also seem a bit unnatural, I'm not feeling a 'connectedness' there. the hair, skin and flowers look great

I think she looks great and the whole image is very refreshing and nice to look at. Technically speaking, if I had to say something, it´d be about the background. Colours and lighting are perfect, but the blurring effect creates the effect of an artificial wall rather than a DOF feeling. I´ve had the same problem more times than I´d wish to. But I insist, it´s a very lovely scene. And it´s been great to follow you throughout the whole creation process. Thanks for sharing.

Gorgeous portrait of an interesting character. I love the colors in this and the flowers look perfect. Wonderful framing, too.

That's so interesting--it doesn't look like a RM character, it looks like one of yours--very sweet and realistic, even with the elf ears..and I love the details of the blue flowers, it matches her sweet expression and makes a beautiful bridge between her and the background.
