Description

FE & PS Hi all, Got to admit that this starting from scratch thing, without my spots, isn't all it's cracked up to be, and, too, that I can't say I'm altogether feelin' the love with my new pc. Just can't seem to settle in with it yet. But, such as it is.. :) Hmm, this one kept a particular Hunter S. Thompson quote tickling my forebrain: The Edge... there is no honest way to explain it because the only people who really know where it is are the ones who have gone over. Wishes for a beautiful week's start! Thanks for peeking. And, always, heartfelt thanks on your comments and favs which have come before. Hugs! Nancy~*

Very evocative and beautiful creation. The one thing Hunter S. Thompson didn't mention is when you've been to the edge, you can turn back and walk away. And knowing, you have been there, you don't have to go back again... unless you have a real yen to. ;o) Excellent work my friend. Bunny

An awesome and beautiful mix of "scratch" Nancy. Those who have been there can identify. It seems that for some of us, we encounter "the edge" more than once in our lives. Perhaps a way of understanding why some venture as far away from the edge as possible as a result. I love your provocative and excellent composition!

I don't know how you do it, but you always find a way of turning what starts out as mathematical calculations into a very moving work of art. This feels more like a painting, and is so very expressive. I love how that vortex seems to be drinking down anything unwary enough to venture too close. Another great work, as always.

This is one of those [few] images which hardly needs the written commentary - interesting though this is - and which effortlessly speaks volumes. Mike

Hmmm. Fits my mood today. Despite the bright "skies", it feels like a dark image. Feels like a struggle, things off kilter, trying to right oneself to an even keel. I like the image very much. I liked Richard's comment about it looking like a can opener opening up another dimension .. made me smile. Hope all is well with you, that things are holding up ...
