Description
Captured 6/23/08, around 7:15 AM, about 1.5 miles/2.414 kilometers from my petulant place.
Shown are two separate roses; the bloom in the top photo is one unto itself, and the bottom two snaps are of a similar rose viewed at different POVs. At least I think that's the way it was.
The early morning sun provided an opportunity for nice backlit shots in this instance, so I took advantage of the situation.

Well, my dear, having scruitinzed each one carefully in full view, I can tell you this for certain: They're all gorgeous! Just as a personal preference, I like the bottom one best, but it took a while to come to that conclusion. Beautiful images! (Did I mention it's good to have you back?)

What a beautiful way to start my Monday morning Harry, with a screen full of beautiful roses. These are gorgeous and with the backlight, it makes them almost iridescent! A wonderful collage to brighten anyone's day. Hugs xx

I'm guessing that you might not know that names of this trio of roses, so I'll tell you! The first is 'Exceptional' from the genus 'Bloody Amazing', and the second is 'Gorgeous Beauty' from the 'I'm photogenic if Harry holds the camera' group. The third rose is 'Stunner' and is a cross of the first two. Harry, your rose photos make me glad to be alive and to keep growing some!
