While the neighborhood for her moody lover may not be too friendly to fragile organics, the fires of creation do make for a certain kind of terrifying magic" --- Excerpt From the memoirs of early interstellar explorer Dr. Albert Xi Dr. Xi made brief visits to several nearby flare stars (DX Cancri and Proxima Centauri being the most famous) and wrote evocatively about these terrifying and beautiful places. It is not known for certain where this picture of his came from, but it certainly conveys his words most persuasively. ---------- I couldn't help but return to starscapes and Photoshop this evening (when I should have been cleaning) I wanted to do something, but didn't have time to spend on a complex Bryce render.
