Description
Captured 1/19/08, very early in the morning, within walking distance of my domicile.
It's been quite a while, 2/9/08 in fact, since I last posted a shot of tree bark. Tempus fugit. I've got tons/tonnes of this particular type subject matter lying dormant and virtually forgotten in my hard drive.
Thank you for stopping by.

I really like these, both the textures and the warm colours.

Congrats for POV and texture. Beautiful collage.

Very hard to model digitally but keep asking. Distant views which don't demand deep furrow yes. Closeups in bright light, no.

Yes, it was a while when you show some bark/wood texture. This is a funny capture. The skinny and a fatty share a same "house" Looks cool.

Interesting formations....I've got some shots like this too, but I think I'd need to post an advisory.... nice work!

I always find these 'slits' in trees interesting. Nice shot harry, and like everyone says here, great textures.
