Description
I thought I would stay with the bridge theme by placing the image of this little bridge photographed in Central Park, New York during my last visit in March 2007. It is always difficult for me, when walking in Central Park, to comprehend that I am in this huge city. The park is so vast and so beautiful!
This little bridge is quite well known and has featured in many movies. A Canadian friend of mine and his wife actually got married on this little bridge!!!

My brother visited NY a few years back, on his return trip he heard several people say they had been mugged in Central Park. One of them had been heald up at gunpoint, he was there for four weeks and had no trouble at all. Excellent capture, it looks just like an English bridge from the Yorkshire Dales, wonderful big stones for the Arch. Superb work. Bravo!!!!! All Bruce will be interested in by the time his flight lands will be your open arms. #;0)

Great capture Carin. I lived in the city for a while and had the same feelings about it you have had. Its amazing that a park like this exists in the middle of all these skyscrapers.
