Description

I don't usually shoot waterfalls from above, but as you can see it would have been quite a chore to get to the bottom of this one LOL. To the right of the guy in orange, across the creek, there is a dark ledge; I did get some shots from there; I'll probably post at least one of them. The view wasn't perfect, but it was the best I got. Note the boulder stuck between the gorge walls. Since it's all rounded, it must have tumbled down the stream rather than falling in from the sides. This must be a very impressive stream when it's in full flow. Thanks for stopping by and any comments.

Holy Cow...you were on that dark ledge? You are a braver soul than I!! I can hardly wait to see the photo you took from there. This one is really nice, and I love the boulder wedged in there. It really shows how mother nature works. Great photo.

A fabulous shot. It has so much in it and if you are really looking, it has many different stories. Love the "above-looking-down" view.

It's fascinating to see the pattern of rocks underneath the rushing water! I agree, it must be amazing in full flow :)

The person gives us an idea how big the falls and stream are. Very impressive. Could the boulder have been there a long time, and the water runs over it?
