Description

What is significant of this sunset - despite it depicting much of my mood - is the fact that these hills are also the divide for gold to be found in South Africa. To the near side some of the richest deposits in the world and if you go beyond, not a nugget. When the sun sets, the lions on these hills roar in unison, as if to guard this sacred divide. Am I too romantic? Yeah, I guess I am... May you have a peaceful week ahead.

What fantastic and rich color! Not only is the divide around the gold range, but look at the darkness of the clouds as they roll in. I bet there was some wild weather that night! Stunning, as usual...

I have shivers looking and reading your words. I wish I could hear the lions... What a lovely sight - that must leave a lasting impression on each person to view it. The warmth is trying to soothe that dark gloomy feeling near it, much like people do for each other, I believe. Well done.
