We have those here too and I pick them and dry them out and keep them in my house with other dried flowers, they are such a beautiful little thing!

These are lovely puffs of sturdy wildflowers. I'm not sure what they are called - wildflowers aren't a strong suit - but I know my mother used to enjoy a handful in a vase on her kitchen window sill.
