Description

This is a set of three photos taken within 15 seconds of each other as I walked closer to thei rabbit we've named Arby (RB) for Runny Babbit. He's a semi-wild/tame rabbit who's owner set him and another black and white rabbit free. they've been mingling with the wild rabbits. He and his wild friends often come up and graze on the bird seeds that are kicked to the ground by the birds. Arby has actually hopped right up to my mom and just looked at her. we've a lot of wild life just around the neighborhood and I've been lucky to get photos of some of them and show them to you. Thank you all who've visited my postings and my gallery as well as those who've made me their favorite artist. On a different note, I've been tagged again, this time by eekdog. While I could do what I did before and use photoshop to extricate myself out of the situation, I am actually try to learn and use DAZ to keep within the spirit of the game. This will take some time and effort on my part not to mention some frantic sitemails to some of my friends who just happen to use DAZ as well. So, I guess what I'm saying is, While learning DAZ and working at a friends house preparing her yard (it's a mess) I may not be able to respond as quickly as I use to. And my comments on your postings may be a little terse or short. This doesn't mean I don't like your work, it's just that I've have a lot of you as favorites and I need to get through all the ebots as quickly as possible and still cruise through the gallery to see the rest of you. Thank you again, all of you. Your kind words have kept me posting and learning. Mike

Have you ever noticed rabbits are a lot like babies. All the seem to do is eat, sleep, and go do-do!

You aught to tell Ben, Oh yeah buddy, I can TAG you... are you scared of my rabbit??? Cute rabbit, just makes me think, I've only seen white and brownishgrey rabbits out in the wild... Arby??? Do you really think that's a good name for a wild rabbit? I mean I like it, but Aren't you afraid the big bad Wolf might here that there is an Arby's in town? LOL

Arby looks like quite the enterprising rabbit. Gotta admit the bunnies in my neighborhood look quite a bit wilder than RB. Nice shots.

Awwww, it's really nice to hear that these guys survived. Many pets turned lose in the wild often don't make due to either predation or starvation. Geez, I'm a real doom and gloom kinda gal today! Glad they are all finding food under your feeders. That's what brings them into our yard too. I think all the wild country bunnies have migrated into the cities because there's less predation and more lush grass to eat! In all the time we've been camping, I've seen maybe three wild bunnies. Here in the city, it's more like 3 hundred and 33!!
