Born in Hilo, Hawaii and class of '66, I became very active in Barbells, Judo and love striking the heavy/speed bag. I've learned to Rollerblade and bike ride which is a very health sport. But time doesn't stop for anyone including for me. So my good friend Dave aka punaguy got me started in taking pictures. I'm having fun taking pictures especially hiking the mountains. I'm enjoying seeing the world thru your post on Renderosity. Mahalo and Aloha....Errol

Another great shot. Madame Pele should be proud of how you and Dave (punaguy) portrayed her in all her glory. She is truly a powerful piece of nature. Aloha

I think she could have looked all day and not found her backpack. Unless it was white, she would have a hard time finding it out here. You made someones day here and I'm sure she will be forever thankful. Great shot here, this really is the danger zone! As you mentioned, some parts of the benche have fallen in already, makes you butt pucker being this close. But ya got the shot and live to tell about it. Excellent~ Aloha~

Wow, the sharp clarity depicted on the edges makes the whole thing look like cardboard cutouts. Superlative mood shot, Errol.

She's lucky you found her; she might have tried on her own and no telling what could have happened.
