Description

Fred 255 posted a shot of this same spot today, please look at his gallery. It amazes me how different artists look at things so differently. The 199 steps lead down to the harbour at whitby, From the abbey atop. My David has gone back to work in London today.... I miss him. Thank you for looking and for treasured comments. Hugs. Diane.

There may only be 199 steps Diane, I wonder though how many feet have used them, how many it took to wear them smooth. It looks like a couple have been replaced over time. Love the gull, and the bench to stop and rest, I didn't need it when I was last up there, but I don't think I could even reach it now. Nine is enough for me, never mind 199. Excellent capture, great pov, I think I can se the chip shop I used when I was up there a couple of years back. Lol. Bravo!!!!!
