Description
I had lunch at my favorite Greek place the other day, and took pictures. (I was thinking of you ... I knew you'd probably be hungry!) The restaurant is called Kafe Neo.
This is their chicken plate. It's grilled chicken (not on a skewer, so it's not technically souvlaki), a fabulous Greek green salad, a rice/pasta dish, and pita with tzatziki. They crumble feta cheese over the salad and the pasta.
Mmmmmmmmmmmm.
Best stuff in the world! :)

Ok now you've done it. We're going off island this Thurdays and have plans to eat at a new Greek restaurant in Mount Vernon. I'll let you know how it is. Or maybe I'll just take pictures lol.

I saw this picture and I just had to comment. It looks very yummy. Even though I am a vegetarian (whole family is) we have vegetarian "meats" that you can season any way you like. I like Greek food, especially flafels with hummus. Yum. :) I just wanted to say thank you for your kind response to my lettre, the one telling everyone that I am home again. It was very kind of you and your words made me smile, to know that I touched a total stranger. It really is a small world in the sense that we all have the power to move each other in ways we never thought possible. The "writer's" mode is pretty amazing because you can write a lot! I am telling a story on line but I do it in the Daz Studio gallery heading under the story/sequential section. I won't be posting for awhile though. I have to get well. Tonight, Ginger is helping me write back the people who left comments and I wanted to tell you personally thank you for your kindness. :) ciao, Nikita

Being Greek my self i had to comment on this image !!!!! looks very authentic auntietk , perhaps a little pasticho and some spanikopita and a side of toulu toulu . Wonderful foodie shot !
