Good morning! Couldn`t sleep...and that is bad, bad, bad !!! So I picked out one of my most lousy pics to show it here in the "historical" section. This here is the citadel of Spandau, one of the finest Renaissance citadel buildings in Europe, built in early 15th century by the italian contructors Chiamarella and Guarini, Earl of Lynar. This citadel is museum, castle, winter quarter for 50 000 batmans and a famous open-air location, the "Citadel-Festival". Traditional opener of the concert summer is Ian Andersons "Jethro Tull" they celebrated here their 40th Anniversary band jubilee. Stunning place! I hope you enjoy it!
