Good evening, friends! Berlin explodes with its events and cultural activities in this moment, so I had to decide what was most interesting for me today. Today I visited the "Innotrans 2008", the worldwide biggest exhibition of railroad technology. The catalogue of exhibition partners is big as two phone books and organized in the same manner as the "Yellow Books". You need tracks? Gears? Wires? Locomotives? Technology or a whole railroad system? We offered all for a week.... This pic shows the Crown of Creation of railroad technology today, the AGV (Automotrice a Grande Vitesse), constructed in France by the french consortium ALSTOM. It runs 360 km per hour in regulary service and is shown here at first to the audience. The regulary montage begins in 2009.
