Description
This was taken at Useless Bay in June when I was there with Denise (MrsRagbag) and Marilyn (beachzz). Denise posted her version of these pilings a couple of days ago.
I just got CS3, and was thinking about shots I hadn't had much luck with when I opened them in PS6. This one was at the top of the list of things I wanted to work up with my new toy!
It's so much fun to go out with other photographers, and this is one of the reasons why. Same shot, different creative process, different vision. The most interesting similarity, in my opinion, is that we were standing several yards away and up on a breakwater, and the amount of zoom we both used to take our shots was just about identical.
I have to say, I like the bold, dark colors Denise achieved with hers!

This is still awesome Tara! Love beach shots, would get many more of them if I were able to head down to the beach myself when so many tourists weren't around! lol :)
