This should absolutely be a piece of stained glass that needs to hang in my west window. Why west? That is the time of day I am home to watch the sun shimmer through it with healing warmth. It would fill the entire room with a radiant love. Roses are perfect for this. Your work is amazing. Whooosh, I say. ;-)

This is an amazing image; I love the subtle details that pop out when you view this at full size, and the colors are amazing. I like the effortless elegance this conveys, an though it's a "static" form of art, there's a sense of movement with it, and that's incredibly intriguing to me. Again, a superb contribution to an already superb gallery.

Bright and beautiful, and glowing with energy and warmth. It's lovely, Mark. I love the texture of the background, and the way this looks almost etched into it. I'm always so impressed with how you manage to capture the essence of something without ever being going over the top. Everything that needs to be there is there, and nothing is ever without purpose. I also like your style with these flower drawings. Although it's definately not similar in appearence, your work makes me think of Charles Rennie Mackintosh and his stylised roses. They've always been a favorite of mine. I think you have the same kind of eye for nailing the true beauty of something in a wonderful simplicity of line and form.
