Description

Second photo by Alex, taken at Tredegar Iron Works Civil War Museum, Richmond, VA Sorry for the play on words in the title:-) This will be my last post for awhile...I am not bouncing back like I should be health wise so I need time for doctor appointments to try to get back on an even keel. Also we are undergoing some heavy work here at the house in terms of winterizing, old houses I am sure you know take a lot of work and we have had some settling this past year that requires immediate attention before the snow hits...I will pop in from time to time to comment and catch up on comments and I will miss you all. I hope to be back before Christmas with some new photos of my furry friends:-) and of course more of Alex's works. Have a safe spooky Halloween and a wonderful Harvest Holiday (Thanksgiving) and see you soon!

I do like your title...don't be gone too long. Like the composition here. The big cannon gets my attention but then I think about old pictures I've seen of Richmond at the end of the war...looks like WWII Germany. The old building here looks like it has been reconstructed and added to several times over the years before it became a museum. Very interesting. Best wishes for health and home! Bill
