Description
As promised, we're heading down the path towards the sound of water singing over the rocks. there's a few dragonflies darting about as well as other insects who make river banks their home. While unlikely there might be a chance to observe any number of the water-fae that might be in the area.
Because we are very near the riparian of the creek, we've got to be careful not to slip in the marshy areas. Besides getting your shoes muddy and possibly slipping or falling down, you'd be giving the fae a moment of amusement, so please watch your step.
The breeze is a little stronger, but not much, just enough to cool you down a bit after walking down the hill. During the winter and spring, we would not be able to get down to this point as it would be completely under water to about our hips or higher, not to mention, the water, of course, would be very bone-chilling cold.
If you listen carefully, you might hear a distant roar,. It's faint, I know, but it's there. Almost like the sound of rushing water. We'll see what's ahead soon.

Oh wow.... I've loved them all so far but this one is just gorgeous! Love rivers, creeks, etc. and this one is beautiful. Certainly a wonderful home for the water spirits and fae. On my way to bed and this will give me wonderful dreams :) Fav!

LOL Mikeerson, I say you fall so we can hear the fae laugh...we need Mike to show us the way...LOL.... I too like this one Mike, I can almost hear that water splashing over the rocks and I'm willing to bet that in the clearing to the right side of the monitor there is a path that leads to the water fae.

What a beautiful place again!!! I love the POV and the way the trees frame the view of the river. It's a very enjoyable hike so far, just a pity we haven't seen any of the little people yet!
