Description

As promised, we're heading down the path towards the sound of water singing over the rocks. there's a few dragonflies darting about as well as other insects who make river banks their home. While unlikely there might be a chance to observe any number of the water-fae that might be in the area. Because we are very near the riparian of the creek, we've got to be careful not to slip in the marshy areas. Besides getting your shoes muddy and possibly slipping or falling down, you'd be giving the fae a moment of amusement, so please watch your step. The breeze is a little stronger, but not much, just enough to cool you down a bit after walking down the hill. During the winter and spring, we would not be able to get down to this point as it would be completely under water to about our hips or higher, not to mention, the water, of course, would be very bone-chilling cold. If you listen carefully, you might hear a distant roar,. It's faint, I know, but it's there. Almost like the sound of rushing water. We'll see what's ahead soon. Incredible! I don't see any water fae, or water nymphs. I don't hear any laughing either, so you must not have slipped and fallen, despite Mikeerson's wish!
