Description
This is another image taken on Sunday at the Monte Casino Bird Conservatory. Told you I'm going to flood you!!!
This Eastern White Pelican (and what a beauty he is) took off and flew across a pond to pick up a snack on the other side. He is majestic!! We were told that the pouch underneath his beak can hold 40 sardine sized fish... Now that is a load!
