To all of my mother's Renderosity friends:
It saddens me to no end to tell you that my mother, Mina, passed on May 31st, from endometrial cancer. She is survived by my father, Roger, and myself. I apologize for not letting you all know sooner, but her passing has left me with a broken heart and it is very hard to write this, even now. I don't suppose there will ever come a time that it will be easier.
I know how much she loved you all, how much it meant to her to have met such wonderful people, and how much it meant to her to create & share her art with you. I am leaving her work here for a while, as tribute to her, her beauty, her talent & her love.

I love cats! Unfortunately I can't have one due to my job... I travel a lot... Lovely shot, Mina! P.S. I'll post one of these days a shot with Nero, my cousin's cat - actually they got three cats... the last one just came few days ago by their house, looking for a new home... and he found it!

Aww, this is so great Mina and such a sweet scene. I love how happy and content they all seem to be not to mention all the cool little kitty items around your home. I love the big kitty by the fireplace and is that a kitty angel I see also ? Wow, you must have searched high and low to find some of these.

I see you are making a sort of regression to a hearth. I think you need a pail of water to dip the brooms in if you ever have to sweep embers or coals. Do not use gasoline or fuel oil for this in an attempt to dissolve any fats that may have spilled in the fire. Peaceful scenes always need idiot proofing in my opinion.

Enjoy the peace!! I have catnip in my garden, but it never becomes mor and a tiny plant because Simon eats it, lies on it and so on, guess the neighbor cats do the same. I think it is a great shot!

Great picture. Cats taking a catnap after the catnip. No dogs allow! Er while napping. Also, Avatar says to say "meow" to everyone for him - including Cody, he says must be okay (for a dog) to hang with cats.
