To all of my mother's Renderosity friends:
It saddens me to no end to tell you that my mother, Mina, passed on May 31st, from endometrial cancer. She is survived by my father, Roger, and myself. I apologize for not letting you all know sooner, but her passing has left me with a broken heart and it is very hard to write this, even now. I don't suppose there will ever come a time that it will be easier.
I know how much she loved you all, how much it meant to her to have met such wonderful people, and how much it meant to her to create & share her art with you. I am leaving her work here for a while, as tribute to her, her beauty, her talent & her love.
Brightest Blessings to you all!
Heather

Thanks to all for stopping by and hope you enjoy your visit.

"I get out my work and have a show for myself before I have it publicly.
I make up my own mind about how good or bad or indifferent it is.
After that the critics can write what they please.
I have already settled it for myself so flattery
and criticism go down the same drain and I am quite free.

Cool looking abstraction of a Renasance looking painting. Looks stretched, worn and really old.

I like this... she looks like she may be getting an area prepared for a pick nick, and is dancing while doing so... Unfortuneately, she appears to be having such a good time, she accidentally kicked a butterfly backwards... that's what came to mind - naked women, ya gotta love em - unless... well, I don't have the time to write all that info down - lol

Ooooh, this is beautiful, Mina!! I love her pose, and the colours are splendid. She looks like she's trying to dip her foot into the golden bottom. So neat. Amazing as usual, dear friend!

Mina, you've moved me greatly with this. It's an amazing beginning-of-the-world dance, as if this soul were creating life with her very soul...and your sun & amber-gold universe shines right out of the deepest landscapes of the heart. It's utterly you, beautiful and truly dancing with your organic & always growing textures where rock, soil, sky & plants all meld into this amazing ocean beneath everything. You've made this last journey in my life so much better—thank you so very much. Many loving hugs & lots of gratitude for such a beautiful piece, Mark (Ps—great title too: Exactly what everything is...wonderful, as always. Bows.)
