Nothing like a warm bowl of soup on a cold day, winter has arrived in Tennessee and its cold... Stay warm everyone
Thanks for your comments on my last upload called, My Kind of Town, showing the Chicago skyline, some were quite mixed, some of you said that they prefer the country more to the city life and I agree, that probably shows in my gallery. But I will say this in Chicago's defense I found the city beautiful, extremely clean, the city parks we visited were full of flowers, fountains, sculptures and beautiful landscapes. I was very impressed with both the city and the people there.

Hmm MM good! Tallpindo needs to taste the soup, I added a good balance of fresh crushed garlic fOr medicinal purposes blood,lungs just before it was done, and fresh basil to clear any sinus activity. And A hint of ginger that no one can taste for an expectorant. Hmm hmm good. Did you like the added swiss chard from the garden, I bet you never realized how good greens are in everyday soup.As you can tell the Veg are added frozen and cooked only long enough to be warmed and not over cooked to kill the vitamins.. HMMMM>>> GOOD!
