Description

Woke up to snow this morning, I wasn't in a mood for taking a walk but the snow is so rare and very quickly dissappears I knew it would be a missed opportunity. Came home wet and cold but a little happier, glad I had gone out! Have a good day and thanks for all comments and views....Alan

Well seen and nicely capture Mate...I am itching for it to snow here in the south, I have never ever done any snow shots, even in the old days with roll film, just was never the right snow, in London of course, it's trodden to a black filthy mush in a heartbeat :(

Great detail to include the underside of the shrooms...of all things. Sometimes camera angle makes a lot of difference. Glad you took a walk out and about. Looking forward to a chance here soon. Bill

I was watching the weather forecast this morning Alan and the presenter said there is more to come over the next few days. She said we could expect 20metres on the Pennines overnight, silly woman ment 20cm but even thats a lot eight inches with a slight breeze could mean 10 foot drifts over Blackstone Edge. I'm glad I have no reason to go out, I never minded when I was working, I actually enjoyed it then, but now its tricky underfoot so I have to be wary. Excellent capture mate, a great pov with the underside like that. Superb work. Bravo!!!!!
