Tara says she thinks these might actually be cormorants, but somehow "On The Cormorant Of The Bay" just didn't work. So, if that's the case, I apologize to all the cormorants of the world. I plead poetic license~~guilty as charged, I'll take the rap.
FYI~~Humboldt Bay, Eureka, California.

They look to have that classic cormorant saggy kneck, so Tara is prolly right, like Carin says who cares, and you are quite right, sitting on the cormorant of the bay don't fit :))

Oooh, this rocks! There's something about this that isn't quite earthly, and of course I'd love that. There's a graphic quality to this as well, like it's something painted or drawn rather than photographed and that's one of the most intriguingly cool parts of this whole composition/presentation. Superb work on this baby. I love it.
