Description
Breaking from the previous pattern to end this series of birds drinking.
This chickadee seems to be saying '"Look, ma, I can walk on water!"
And it's no wonder with those feet! You can see three dark toes on his right foot on the ice.
The cream colored extra spurs/growths/appendages/malformations aren't supposed to be there.
But I watch him every day and he seems to get along just fine, they don't seem to hinder him at all.
They are hardly noticeable unless a camera lens is zoomed in on them.

Oh my goodness but look at that face, it is the cutest face I have seen. I thought at first there was something else in the water, and surprised to learn that in fact his feet are deformed. The Angels spent time on giving him the prettiest face and not enough time on his feet it seems. Outstanding photography Maria, a real gem, hugs Jane xx
