Grief by Conniekat8

I'm losing Tiggers, my love pride and joy to a nasty inoperable liver tumor. Poor thing is on her last few days, and I feel like I want to die with her. (No don't worry, I won't, I have RL family support here), it's just that the feelings of grief and sadness are so intense.
Tiggers has been with me for 12 years, since she was a litle baby kitten. Extraordinary little kitty, and also, beed a big part of my emotional support in last 12 years, which had some turbulent periods.
I always hoped she would be one of tose kitties living to be 18 or 20 years or so... but no such luck.
Here's a link to an earlier gallery posting, with her picture.

I can feel the grief. I am so sorry for what you are going through. Animals are part of our family and their loss is terrible. It is beautful work.

This is a beautiful image; the sorrow comes through so strong I cried. You loved Tiggers and gave her a wonderful life, filled with love and security, and not even death can take that away. She was just as blessed to have you as her "mommy" as you are to have spent 12 years enjoying her love and companionship.

I am terribly sorry about your cat. My cat died recently, he was almost 14. I know how much it hurts. Your image shows it well, too.
