Been doing this over a year now and I'm still not quite sure how to define it. Is it art or not? Can we be said to be really creating our images, given that we're using computer programs and models made by others? And, for that matter, what is its official title? Personally I call my work "using Daz Studio because of a total inability to draw or paint." It doesn't exactly trip off the tongue. I suppose it doesn't matter in the end. As PG Wodehouse said, it makes me happy and keeps me out of public houses.
My main influences are Manet, Edward Hopper, Caravaggio and Pieter Bruegel. The first two gave me an interest in realism, the third created an addiction to light and shade, and the last nurtured my overall misanthropy.

Why Is This Here?
All my renders are there, including the ones I hate. There's also a rag-bag of assorted writings and photos.
I've also recently started a blog about this whole business:
Can't Paint Can't Draw
Thanks to everyone who's submitted Free Stuff to this site - especially some of the wonderful Vicky textures. Sorry to anyone who I don't credit. It's down to the disorganisation of my hard drive rather than an evil heart.

Great POV like maybe you the viewer are the intruder of their privacy So is this a welcome intrusion or a non welcome intrusion? Makes you think!

Superb image Andrew and like so many of your works it causes one to pause and think about it. I think by the look on her face that he is the one intruding during a time when she would like to be alone. But Chris made a good point above that in many ways we are intruding on their moment through the window.

Yes, it does make one think. From her expression and body language, I'd say the man in the room with her is the one intruding. Excellent pov and great way to let the viewer tell the story.

I like the POV, looking in from the outside. The interaction and body language between the two characters is also interesting. A nicely composed scene. Well done!
