Description

A view looking up from the bottom of our sledding hill. At the top of the hill you'll see the backside of my farm. Only the snow near the sledding path has marks from our footprints & snow tubes. Thanks for looking. Jodie

Looking at this I want to make "angels in the snow", that is if the snow not is so wet as ours is, it is melting away rapidly. Beautiful view and shot!

so much I love about this, and trouble is, I can never say why (even when I say it to you directly)...you have this way with light & hue, your inner eye finds it, captures it, caresses it, you just get it. And it caresses the whole sweep of the shot, where at parts the snow looks like a big sheet of bluish-white thought; and it ends in that beautiful hued background, your home in its gentle blue-greens (don't know if that's the color, closeup, but they get that color in this light), the trees, shadows & that sky...the colors there are colors of the soul, and it's a gentle beautiful and modulated shot; the big bold bulge of white just presents the top with the most beautiful 'framing'. Luscious. I love it. Egads...
