Description

I took a little bit of liberty with this capture in photoshop, by using the 'ink outline' filter. We had a BBQ and the smoke from it, produced these amazing natural volumetrics or god-rays. These BLUE QUANDONG's are a local native tree, in the sub-tropical Rainforest Region, where I live. It produces edible blue fruits, (the size of large Cherries) and is also known as Bush-tucker food by the Aborigines. Cheers *BB*

A magical effect from the lighting and filter. I would have cloned out or cropped the purple "ghost" at the bottom it distracts from a stunning shot.

Dig those god-rays and the photoshop filter really adds some more mystery to this kool capture ! As for the purple lens flare, I think it looks neat and gives the viewer another focal point, well done ! ~Cheers~

That ink outline has given this a great effect and the rays look very bright. A super capture.

This is a cool effect, though it would be cool to see the original for comparison. This is just the right point of view to capture the density and volume of the smoke like this- very cool!
