Give me wings
So that I may fly away
From everything
I am ready for heaven
For I have been through hell
Take away the pain in my bones
Heal the scars in my heart
Forgive me for the hurt
I have caused
It came from
The hurt I have received
I cannot contribute anymore
I have nothing left to give
I am broken and beaten
And so very, very tired
Give me wings oh Lord
Take away my pain
