Description

I've been showing you little corner of my yard. Here's a bigger view; I'll walk you thru it--- bottom left~~the rhubarb plant just behind that, the rose, with Anna's weaving and on top of the left post, the angel. to the right of the rhubarb, strawberries, then asparagus. the raised beds have all kinds of things, and will shortly have lettuce and spinach. the wheelbarrows are the movable gardens and the tulips are ready to bloom. near my truck, behind the left wheel is the bowling ball and to the left side you can't see is the boot. So, there's a tiny tour; I'll show more later!! so zoom!!

I admire you have grass. I started out with a garden like this and as the summer progressed I kept digging. Now I only have a 10x8 foot square reserved for "the girls" repose. The rest of the yard is either concrete for patio space or all dug up for flower and vegetable beds! Is the asparagus difficult. I hear it grows well here but I also heard you have to keep it alive for a whole year before you can expect to grow enough to harvest in the fall...

So much in such a small space! You've got a wonderful garden ... I bet it's fascinating all year long!

Colorful and neat...just as I would have pictured your yard to be. Red Ford Ranger...I have a blue one...presently on loan to one son-in-law. It is good to see where all the photogenic details reside too.

FANTASTIC to see this!! I have 'collected' it and put it into my 'other folks' gardens' folder! SOOOO interesting to place all those other shots! Thankyou! I envy you that grass, Ralph has made a real mess of mine, though it may yet recover.

What a wonderful yard! Next we need an aerial view, I'm sure you can rent a helicopter and hover over your house for a while, right? ;) I do love the color of the house too, it looks great with the grass. Nice shot!

I've seen so many closeups, it's amazing to see a larger view once again. There's actually a lot of space around it. Your menageries are packed close-up, but in longer view they seem like colonies, small cities. Anna's weaving is beautiful where it is—from the previous shot, I didn't realize it was so 'out there' the way it is. It's almost like a textile spider web. Great pots & things, I like the layout of all the sections, and I think i see the bowling ball too. (I think...the big orb near that wheel?) You got the right color for your truck too: Matches the walls & even your avatar. If I had a house, this is the kind of place I'd want. thanks for sharing this!

Well, well, your very own Garden of Eden, all neat and tidy and spic and span and apparently well cultivated. The colors are most vivid in this shot, and the lawn sure looks lush and green. But are those red walls and a blue roof on the house? That would be unique, even down here in Southern California.
