Hi, I'm Marilyn. Â I've been posting here on RR for a few years now and thought it was time to update my profile. Â It's been wonderful learning so much from the amazingly talented people here. Â I've had the chance to meet many in person and some have become great and good friends. Â Starting with a Kodak Brownie camera when I was about 7 or 8, moving up to Instamatics, Polaroids, then the Pentax K1000 that really got me on the way, I've been looking at the world thru a lens for a long time. Â Got the bug honestly; my dad was a photographer and gave me the gene!! Â Digital changed the world and I jumped in with both feet. Â You would've gone thru 100's of rolls of film in one day the way we can shoot and delete all day long. Â Progess...it can be awesome sometimes.
At any rate, RR rocks, the talent is over the top and I'm just gonna keep on shooting!!
Thanks for looking and keep those cameras rollin'!!
peace.....marilyn

COOL! That's a big piece of land you've got there; looks like a wonderful place to live. Still waiting for the aerial view... >:)

Marilyn I really love your place so much. It looks so warm and happy, like a place you could truly be comfortable at.

I like it. It has a rural, natural feel to it. And comfortable fits too. I see why you can't wait to get home when you've been off running around on one of your road trips. Thanks for the look-see:) Now, we can all say, we know where Marilyn lives!

Looks enormous Marilyn, what a splendid place to live. hehe you made me smile, I hadn't noticed any join in the stich work, if you hadn't said anything I probably wouldn't have looked so close but that is one reason why I don't do pano's so often, I can never match them up perfect like some people do lol! great job Maz! (as Ronnie would say)

This is really well maintained. Do you do all the mowing yourself? My place was about as big as yours as far as I can tell and I hated selling it. But, the commute to work would have taken me 3 hours each morning and 3 hours each evening...

Idyllic! It looks incredibly like England, and nothing like I imagined from your close up shots of details. WONDERFUL! and if it's OK by you it's going in the same collection as yesterdays pic!

Egad, a rancher with all the land in the world! As rustic as you can get without being fully rustic. And, your space is a lot larger than mine. Nice stitch job on this photo, Maz, wouldn't have known it as such if you hadn't mentioned it. BTW, do you sit in a rocking chair on the front porch with a shotgun lying across your lap, just waiting for some varmint or critter to come trespassing on your property?
