Description

“I can only note that the past is beautiful because one never realises an emotion at the time. It expands later, and thus we don't have complete emotions about the present, only about the past.” Virginia Woolf Thanks again for taking time to view and for all your comments etc you care to make.. Been having some problems with staying on line for very long so am late to catch up with my own comments.. Catch you all soon

Beautiful atmosphere and image. Reminds me a great deal of the old Amish homes in Lancaster, PA.

I'm just catching up after a week's absence, and it is such a joy to come back here. I've seen other of your interior shots, and so many of them have inward character. This is a masterful blend of lights & shadows, and the saturated lights make it seem like that past emotion feeling you're evoking, while the objects themselves have such lived-in character. A beautiful evocation, and a fine companion to your lush landscapes. This makes me want to go through your other interior shots, which (when I get caught up) I hope to do. Beautiful & luminous at once.
