Description
As I walked along the bay Sunday, there were hundreds of godwits** feasting on whatever it is they found in the sand. The bay is home to so many birds, I'm learning about new ones every time I go!!

oh i love the gentle playfulness of the shot. There's a softness to the shot that makes them feel like little children (chicks), and their spread & groupings feel very playful. You have a whitening of the water at bottom too, which gives more uplift to the shot. This is delightful, and crowded but just enough. A really good piece of 'seeing', a real delight.
